1. All sales are final due to the nature of our products. Please read through our store policies and product descriptions before purchasing—NO RETURNS AND REFUNDS for lack of knowledge of the products.
  2. Only DAMAGED items (Breaks or serious scratches during transport.) are eligible for returns. Please note before purchasing. 
  3. For orders not yet shipped, buyers can apply for a refund though email (info@sandalwoodcraft.com) or live-chat within 48 hours after payment.
  4. Under the condition that the product has been shipped, if it is not a quality-related problem (Breaks and scratches during transit), NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES will be accepted.
  5. If the return is caused by the buyer, buyer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the currier chosen by the buyer.

  7. When the buyer receives the products, be sure to first check if the items are damaged due to transportation. In the case of the above, please take photos for proof immediately.
  8. It is the buyer's responsibility to check the condition of the items. If there is any quality problem, a return application must be submitted to the seller within three days from the date of receipt.
  9. The seller is responsible for ensuring the quality of the product. If the product is returned or exchanged due to product quality problems, the seller is responsible for the handling and shipping fees incurred.
  10. The resulting refund will be routed back to the buyer's PayPal Or credit card.
